When logged in, you'll click on the 3 lines in the upper right hand corner of your screen. From there you'll cick on "My Activities". You'll then see a menu on the left, select Courses. The system will then show you a list of the courses you either have been assigned to, are working on, or have completed. When you've completed a course you'll see a little ribbon icon on the right hand side of the course's row. Click that to download your certificate.
